Community Trademark Registration Requirements

In order to register a community trademark you need to provide:

1. Trademark Information

   1. Trademark name (it could be a text name or a logo)
   2. Classes (there are 45 possible classes)
   3. Description of products and services (within each class you must specify your products and services)
   4. Whether the trademark includes a logotype
   5. User Information: details of the administrative contact (this is the person where all communications will arrive)
   6. Owner Information: details of the individual or company that holds the Trademark

2. Power of Attorney

   After you request with us your Community Trademark Registration we will send you a Power of Attorney document which you should complete and send back to us.

   The Power of Attorney is needed so we can represent you before the European Union Trademark Office.
